Our team requires safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced. Locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions may prevent service completion.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If youāre not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Pets are safely secured during service.
Gates or access points are unlocked at the scheduled service time.
The property is free from hazards or obstructions.
The Scoop Force reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.
7. Liability
The Scoop Force is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., broken fences, uneven ground, hidden hazards).
Injuries or incidents resulting from unsafe conditions on the clientās property.
Damage caused by lawn equipment, weather, or third parties.
8. Weather & Holidays
For the safety of our staff, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We also observe certain holidays throughout the year; affected customers will be notified in advance and rescheduled accordingly.
