1. General Information: The Scoop Force provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services throughout Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. By scheduling services or visiting our website (www.thescoopforce.com), you agree to these terms and any future updates. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Service Terms:
Services must be scheduled through our website, email, or phone.
Pricing and frequency of service (one-time, weekly, biweekly, or custom) are agreed upon at the time of sign-up.
Our team requires safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced. Locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions may prevent service completion.
If we cannot access your property for any reason, a service fee may still apply.
Lawn Conditions (Mowing Required): Clients are responsible for keeping the lawn reasonably maintained and mowed. Excessively tall grass or overgrown vegetation may limit visibility and access, which can reduce the effectiveness of service, increase time required, or prevent full completion. The Scoop Force is not responsible for missed waste due to overgrown conditions. If conditions prevent safe or effective service, we may reschedule or treat the visit as completed.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service or according to your selected billing schedule.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
Recurring services are billed automatically on the schedule agreed upon during setup.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a partial or full service charge.
Ongoing subscription services can be paused or canceled at any time with notice.
If the initial clean was provided at no charge as part of a promotional offer and the subscription is canceled after that clean is completed, Client authorizes us to charge the standard one-time rate for that initial clean.
Service Day Scheduling: You will be assigned a regular service day for recurring visits. Service days and time windows are subject to change due to route optimization, holidays, weather, staffing, or other operational needs. Notice will be provided for your first clean; after that, updates will be reflected in your client portal, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the portal for the most current service schedule.
If your service day changes, you will still receive your scheduled clean within the same service week (defined as Monday–Saturday).
5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
6. Property Access & Safety:
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Pets are safely secured during service.
Gates or access points are unlocked at the scheduled service time.
The property is free from hazards or obstructions.
Trash Access: Clients are responsible for providing access to an on-site trash bin on service day. If no trash bin is available (or it is not set out/accessible), we will securely bag the pet waste and leave it in a designated spot on the side of the house (or another agreed-upon location).
The Scoop Force reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.
7. Liability: The Scoop Force is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., broken fences, uneven ground, hidden hazards).
Injuries or incidents resulting from unsafe conditions on the client’s property.
Damage caused by lawn equipment, weather, or third parties.
8. Weather & Holidays: For the safety of our staff, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We also observe certain holidays throughout the year; affected customers will be notified in advance and rescheduled accordingly.
9. Use of Website: You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage or disable the site.
All content, logos, text, and images on this site are property of The Scoop Force and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
10. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect customer data. By using our site, you consent to these practices.
